At Necessities UK, we believe in extending hope and practical support to those in our community facing hardship. Founded in 2021 and rooted in Christian faith, we work tirelessly to tackle poverty and inequality in Thurrock and beyond.

As an award-winning food and hygiene bank, our mission is to ensure no one goes without life’s necessities. Through our innovative operational model, we provide:

5-day supplies of food and hygiene essentials with no quotas or restrictions.
Extended opening hours to accommodate everyone in need.
Practical support to help individuals break the cycle of poverty.
A compassionate and empowering ‘forget their limits’ policy, listening to each person's story and offering sustained hope.
